01Start here

  • Run /status in your server: it shows missing permissions, the database and license state.
  • Read the Troubleshooting guide that came with your download.
  • Get the latest version, and message the author, on the BuiltByBit listing (link below).
  • Check that the privileged intents you want are switched on in the Discord Developer Portal.

02Contact us

Include your Voltix version, what you expected, what happened, and any reference code the bot showed. Never send your bot token, database password or full license key; the last four characters are enough.
