Payments and refunds are handled by BuiltByBit under its rules, so request a refund there. Before you do, please contact us: most problems with setup, permissions or intents can be fixed quickly.
02What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license for it ends and the bot stops working at its next check. Keep your files and key private; sharing them voids the license.
03Problems we cause
If Voltix does not work as described and we cannot fix it, tell us. We will work with you and with BuiltByBit to make it right.
